Objective

At Navigate AIF, our goal is to ensure that our students are fully prepared for the NISM Series III-C examination. We are confident in the quality of our course materials and the effectiveness of our teaching methods. To demonstrate our commitment to your success, we offer a partial refund under the conditions set out below.

Eligibility criteria

To be eligible for the 50% refund under this scheme, you must meet every one of the following criteria.

1. Completion of course materials

• Complete all the chapters of the NISM Series III-C online course.
• Attempt all the tests provided in the course.

2. Performance in course tests

• Score an average of at least 80% across all tests within the course.

3. Exam attempt

• Attempt the NISM Series III-C examination within 2 (two) months of completing the course.
• Before attempting the exam, upload a copy of your NISM Series III-C exam admit card in the profile section of the Navigate AIF online course platform, under the Settings tab.

4. Proof of result

• Provide official documentation of your exam result showing that you did not pass the NISM Series III-C examination.

Refund process

If you meet all the criteria above, you can apply for a refund as follows.

1. Apply

• Submit a written request for a refund within 30 days of receiving your exam result.
• Include proof of your exam attempt and result (the official result document).

2. Verification

• Our team will verify that you completed all course materials and tests.
• We will also verify your test scores and your official exam result.

3. Refund

• Once verification is complete and eligibility is confirmed, we will refund 50% of the course fee you paid.
• Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.

Terms and conditions

• This scheme applies only to the NISM Series III-C Masterclass and its accompanying online course, offered by Navigate AIF.
• You must follow the course guidelines and timelines strictly.
• No refund will be issued for partial completion of the course, or if any of the eligibility criteria are not met.
• This policy may change. Any amendment will be communicated to enrolled students in advance.
• Apart from this scheme, bookings are non-refundable — see our Booking Terms and Refund Policy.
