NISM Series III-C Masterclass

Booking Terms and Refund Policy

Creating an account on this portal is free. A seat at the NISM Series III-C Masterclass is a paid booking (a “Booking”). The sessions on offer — their cities, dates and prices, and what each includes — are listed on this portal. You book a seat by following the steps you encounter as you move through the portal. The terms below apply to every Booking.

Booking terms

1. A Booking gives you access only to the session you have booked and to the inclusions listed for it.
2. Before you book, please read and understand the details of the session you intend to book. If anything about it is unclear, write to us before you pay at info@navigateaif.com.
3. Venues may be confirmed after a session goes on sale. Once a venue is confirmed we will email it to everyone booked on that session. The published schedule for the day is tentative and timings may shift slightly.
4. Each seat is personal to the attendee named at the time of booking. A Booking may not be resold, transferred to or shared with any other person, whether for consideration or otherwise. If we learn that a Booking has been resold, transferred or shared, Navigate AIF may cancel it forthwith.
5. We may personalise the services that come with your Booking, including recommending related content that may interest you, and we continue to improve what a Booking includes.

Online course access

Where a Booking includes access to the Navigate AIF online course, mock tests or study material, that access is provided through the Navigate AIF online course platform and is subject to its terms and conditions.

Quality of streaming

The resolution and quality of course content you receive depends on a number of factors, including the device you use and your bandwidth, which may vary over the course of your viewing. While we strive to provide a high-quality viewing experience, we make no guarantee as to the resolution or quality of the content you will see when streaming.

Changing your date

You may move your Booking to any other session that has seats available, free of charge, from My bookings. Date changes close a few days before your session — the exact cutoff is shown on your booking. After the cutoff, write to us and we will do our best to help.

Refund policy

Please read these terms carefully before you book. Once you have booked and made the required payment, the Booking is final: it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be issued.

The only exception is the Navigate AIF Exam Success Guarantee, which offers a partial refund to attendees who meet its eligibility criteria.
